Ram #23012 Sire Stack: Rio x Stonewall x Tahoe

A powerfully built son of Rio, from a set of triplets born the first half of January out of a very easy-keeping, Stonewall daughter. A triplet sister, #23013 that also sells in this sale, posted one of the best rate- of -gains for all the ewe lambs.

Ram #23027 Sire Stack: Timberline x Upside x Zac

This ram has incredible muscle shape and excellent hip shape. He has been a standout all along.

Ram #23034 Sire Stack: Tahoe x Scout x May

This ram has a pedigree of longevity! He is from Tahoe’s ninth lamb crop, his mother is going into her 11th breeding season and Tahoe’s mother is going into her 12th breeding season. He is from the 1056 ewe line that has given us many of our keeper rams over the years. Full sisters have given us Cobalt, George, Sycamore (grandson of a full sister), and #23111 listed below. He is long and growthy.

Ram #23043 Sire Stack: Timberline x Hickory x Meadows 5211

The 2nd high-scanning ram in the group at 3.79. He goes back to the Meadows 5211 ram that was notable for combining growth and muscle and his daughters were excellent milk producers.

Ram #23051 Sire Stack: Timberline x Stonewall x Tahoe

Even as a baby lamb, this ram had big feet and a long level topline. He has a twin sister #23050 that will also be selling on September 2nd.

Ram #23060 Sire Stack: Rio x Hammer x S9116

This ram is extra long. His maternal brother was our lot 1 ram last year. We purchased their dam from Tom Slack back in 2014 as a ewe lamb.

Ram #23069 Sire Stack: Rio x Stonewall x Scout

This was the high scanning lamb of our 2023 lamb crop at 3.82 LEA adjusted to 135 pounds. Twin to #23070. Their dam had a high scanning set of Timberline daughters in 2021. One was the high selling female in the 2021 sale going to David Shiflett and the other is in our brood ewe flock.

Ram #23070 Sire Stack: Rio x Stonewall x Scout

This is the thicker of the twins even though his brother 23069 had the highest scan of all the lambs this year.

Ram #23080 Sire Stack: Timberline x Teton x Cool Deal

The dam of this ram is going into her 9th breeding season and she is probably the longest ewe in our flock.

Ram #23081 Sire Stack: Timberline x Scout x Teton

This long level ram tied for the highest weight per day of age on July 6th at 1.31 pounds per day. Although he is a single, his mother had a healthy set of triplets last year.

Ram #23084 Sire Stack: Timberline x Upside x Hickory

This ram is a full brother to the high selling ram last year that sold to Eric Dalton of Tennessee. Really thick and smooth.

Ram #23087 Sire Stack: Timberline x Lumberjack x Scout

A typical Timberline son… thick and meaty… out of a high volume brood ewe.

Ram #23090 Sire Stack: Tuba x Scout x Doc

One of the first Tuba lambs, he and his twin sister made an impressive pair with their long ears and big feet. Their dam had the lead off ewe lamb in last year’s sale that Eric Dalton selected for his flock in Tennessee.

Ram #23094 Sire Stack: Timberline x Tahoe x Lincoln

This thick topped ram is from the same ewe that our keeper ram #23113 is descended from as well as the thick ram #2049 in last year’s sale.

Ram #23109 Sire Stack: Tuba x Hickory x Scout

We call this ram Cinder Block We are keeping and using him on a bunch of ewes for the 2023 breeding season. However we are selling a one year lease on this ram for all of 2024. He represents well what we wanted to accomplish when we brought in Tuba (Emenheiser 22T03), but we thought it would take multiple generations and many years to accomplish what Tuba gave us right away in this ram. He is really heavy duty and wide.

Ram #23111 Sire Stack: Tuba x Tahoe x Scout

This ram has been a favorite ever since he was born. We call him Double Bass, and we were going to keep him, but since he is the most like Tuba of all the lambs, we decided it would be somewhat redundant, so he is for sale. He posted the highest weight per day of age at 1.31 pounds. He is long and very deep with outstanding rib spring. He has big feet and outstanding ears! He has always been extremely docile. He is a twin (his twin sister #23112 sells in this sale) out of a yearling ewe that is a full sister to the ewes that gave us keeper rams Cobalt, George, and Sycamore.

Ram #23130 Sire Stack: Tuba x Tahoe x Cool Deal

This ram was one of a strong set of triplet males out of a very structurally correct and productive 7 year old Tahoe daughter.

Ram #23150 Sire Stack: Sycamore x Upside x Hickory

This ram has Hickory on the top and bottom of his pedigree. His sire, Sycamore, produces outstanding females that grow well, milk well, and make excellent mothers.

Ram #23152 Sire Stack: Tuba x Timberline x Scout

I highly recommend this ram. He has been a fun one to watch grow ever since he was born. He has an outstanding twin sister. Their mother and grandmother were both triplet born at the beginning of lambing season and they both gave birth to twins right away as yearlings. The grandmother is going into her 11th breeding season. This ram stands wide and has a beautiful set of ears.

Ram #23175 Sire Stack: Tuba x Cool Deal x Willie

I was thrilled when our 11 year old Auville 20714 ewe gave us this strong set of triplets. She has given us 23 lambs and is now going into her 12th breeding season. Because we have used so many of her sons, grandsons, and great-grandsons as keeper rams (Tahoe being the most influential) we have had over 900 of her descendants born on our farm… plus countless lambs on other farms all over the region! This ram is very complete and well balanced. He has always had a docile disposition. We are keeping one of the triplet sisters and the other triplet sister, #23174, sells in our sale.

Ram #23177 Sire Stack: Tuba x Tahoe x Scout

Another strong set of triplets out of Tuba! This ram and his triplet brother, #23178, are very rugged and heavy duty. The triplet sister is one of our replacement ewe lambs.

Ram #23178 Sire Stack: Tuba x Tahoe x Scout

The bigger triplet brother to #23177…

Ram #23187 Sire Stack: Tuba x Hickory x Doc

What this ram lacks in fancy, he makes up for in width… perhaps one of the thickest lambs we’ve ever raised. His mother is a very heavy duty Hickory daughter and when combined with Tuba, we got some really good width.

Ram #23189 Sire Stack: Tuba x Timberline x Stonewall

This ram has the kind of pedigree that we hope to duplicate many times around here over the next decade. Tuba x Timberline is a cross that really works for us! There are several lambs in this sale with that cross and they come highly recommended. This ram has a thick top and excellent hip shape. His dam is thick and very correct with an excellent udder and lots of milk.

Ram #23200 Sire Stack: Tuba x Timberline x Lumberjack

This ram and his twin brother were an impressive pair out of a yearling Timberline daughter. Even though he is young, we wanted to put another Tuba x Timberline ram in the sale, so we pulled him up from the younger group to join the sale group. He stands extra wide.
